Event on Gender Equality at the British Chamber of Sao Paulo

On 24 October, Britcham Sao Paulo hosted an event on “Gender Equality:  UK and Brazil perspectives.”

Ana Vitelli, AMBS South America Centre Director, chaired the event as the president of Human Capital Committee at the Chamber.

The event brought perspectives on Gender Pay Gap from the UK based on a recent research done at AMBS Work and Equalities Institute by Professor Jill Rubery.  There were also interesting discussions from the Brazilian perspective with a professor from FGV, a renowned business school in Brazil.

BT and Demarest Law Firm were also there sharing their experiences on gender equality initiatives in these organizations.
