Robin Lee
General Manager, APAC, Hawk

Robin is the General Manager, APAC, for Hawk, a leading provider of AI-supported anti-money laundering and fraud detection technology. With a career that began as a developer in Silicon Valley and evolved into a technology analyst on Wall Street, Robin has established himself as a prominent industry compliance expert. He has made significant contributions in the Regtech/startup space, including seven startup launches, two acquisitions, and various board roles. His strategic expertise extends to roles at Thomson Reuters/Refinitiv/LSEG and as VP, APAC/Head of APAC/Board Advisor for Napier Technologies. Currently, he is the Vice Chair for the APAC Chapter of the Global Coalition to Fight Financial Crime and the Global FinTech Liaison for the US Department of Justice’s FinTech Sector Public Dialogue (FSPD). Additionally, Robin is a regular speaker and trainer for AI and Ethics courses at ICA.

Founder & CEO, Mobiva & Veriva Systems

Wendy has over two decades of experience in software development, committed to using affordable technology to tackle global challenges. As the Founder and CEO of Mobiva and Veriva Systems, she spearheads inclusive AI and climate tech solutions that uplift communities, particularly in low-resource regions. Since launching Mobiva in 2019, Wendy has driven the company to be a forefront leader in enterprise mobility, excelling in workforce management and disaster risk reduction. Her leadership earned Mobiva global recognition, winning first place at ANTgroup and IFC’s 10×1000 Tech for Inclusion Global Competition. At Veriva Systems, which she has led since 2005, Wendy pioneered the Veriva Rivastor solution, advancing communications surveillance and ensuring secure, sovereign data management across cloud platforms. Her leadership in both companies is a testament to Wendy as a leading innovator in the AI industry, focused on building resilient, thriving communities through cutting-edge technology.

Zamir Rashid
CEO & Managing Director, Innoveam
Manchester Global MBA Alumnus

Zamir, with over a decade of experience as the Founder and CEO of Innoveam, has spearheaded groundbreaking advancements in AI-driven digital technologies, transforming industries through innovations in 3D Engineering Simulation and immersive XR technology. His strategic foresight has guided the company through challenging economic landscapes and the COVID-19 pandemic, solidifying its position as an industry innovator. In 2016, Zamir co-founded PT Innoveam Indonesia, expanding the company’s influence across Southeast Asia. His work has been instrumental in transforming key sectors such as tourism, education, and defence in Indonesia. With a portfolio of over 120 transformative projects across Southeast Asia and the Middle East, Zamir has catalysed digital transformation for more than 50 clients. A forward-thinking entrepreneur, he initiated the development of the Collaveo platform, revolutionising industrial collaboration. His thought leadership is recognised globally, with keynote addresses at prestigious events such as MDX 2023, AWE Asia 2023, and WICT 2022.

Mohammad Ridzuan Abdul Aziz 
Executive & Country Director, Malaysia & Indonesia, WorldRemit

Ridzuan is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in commercial, regulatory compliance, and technology across Malaysia and the Asia-Pacific region. He currently holds key positions as the Country Director for Malaysia & Indonesia and Head of ASEAN Send Business at WorldRemit. Ridzuan also serves on the boards of AEON Bank Berhad, AKRU robo-advisory, and Dear Time InsureTech, and he co-founded Rolling Pay. He is an advisory board member of the Fintech Association of Malaysia and has played pivotal roles in the Global Impact Fintech Forum and Faster Community. Additionally, he serves as an industry advisor to multiple universities and has co-founded two regulatory technology advisory firms. His career includes significant contributions as a financial regulator with the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange during the Asian financial crisis and in the formation of Malaysia’s investment bank framework in 2002. Ridzuan is also an active investor in fintech companies worldwide.
