Manchester Business School Alumni Association of Singapore celebrated its 15th year anniversary on 9 May 2019 at SO Sofitel Singapore, just across the street from the Singapore Centre’s brand new, state-of-the-art premise situated within the heart of Singapore’s CBD.
The event saw close to 90 students and alumni come together to celebrate this momentous occasion, and re-connect with one another. We were also delighted that Pauline Lai from the Hong Kong Centre (Global MBA Alumna & Founding President, MBS Alumni Association of Hong Kong) was able to join us on this special day!
A mini art exhibition was set-up at the venue to showcase art pieces created by at-risk youths from Lakeside Family Services (LFS) and elderly residents from Apex Harmony Lodge (AHL). The art pieces were then auctioned off to our guests during the Charity Art Auction segment of the event, where all the funds raised were donated to both beneficiaries.
Professor Fiona Devine, Head of Alliance Manchester Business School graced the event as Guest of Honour.
