In the second of the University of Manchester Alumni Association Malaysia’s (UOMAAM) series of webinars on 16th May 2020, Mr Tang Tze Chin, an alumnus of the University as well as an experienced Agile practitioner, Coach and Trainer with over 15 years of experience, conducted a discerning discussion on the topic of ‘Don’t Be Left Behind! Critical Digital Work Skills to Sustain Job Future’.
Mr Tang addressed current job security issues by presenting the accelerating trends around the future of the job market, as well as discussing the necessary skillsets professionals should acquire to adapt to a new-normal and thrive in a Post-Covid-19 world.
