With over 34 years of leadership experience across Asia, Andrew has led global HR, Operations and IT functions at the executive level. His career spans the UK, Middle East and Asia, giving him deep insight into cross-cultural leadership and complex organisational dynamics. Since 2012, Andrew has coached professionals to lead with confidence, navigate workplace challenges, and build executive presence and influence. His approach is practical, personalised, and immediately applicable—equipping you with tools you can use directly in your current role.
Andrew holds a Masters of Coaching & Consulting for Change. Prior to his successful coaching career, Andrew was a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank AG for 13 years, where he led Global HR, Operations & IT functions. In the 90s, he worked in the Middle East in HR Corporate and Consulting roles after leaving the UK.
