On 10 Apr 2019, Dr Stephen Brookes, Senior Fellow at Alliance Manchester Business School conducted an MBA masterclass on International Negotiations Within The Southeast Asian Context to a group of 60 participants.
During the seminar, he shared the tools and techniques to assist one in improving their skills as a negotiator, particularly within a cross-cultural setting. He also emphasised that in tackling leadership challenges and inevitable conflicts, it is critical to consider the cultural values and interests of others involved in the negotiation.
