The University of Manchester, S.E. Asia Centre organised an intimate webinar on 24th September 2020 for students and alumni who were curious to learn more about the current events and predictions of the near future, within the world of HR.
The session attracted HR professionals and drew active discussions from the floor with varied sharing between the community, many of whom were keen to find out about breakthroughs to pull them out of the current situation, where employees are left feeling disengaged and managers are trying to find a way back into the new-normal.
Our esteemed alumni speaker, Mr Gary Lee, seasoned People Development Specialist and Global HR leader, offered valuable insights and engagement techniques which inspired the attendees to shed light on their own methodologies, altogether providing for a well-rounded and multifaceted discussion.
