Critical Core Skills Series – From Drama to Dialogue: Resolving Conflict in Real Time – 30 Sept 2025

How can we reduce interpersonal tension at work — especially when emotions run deep, roles are fixed, and there’s no easy solution?

In this interactive 90-minute workshop, Executive Coach Andrew Jones introduces a unique, hands-on method that integrates the method of Forum Theatre with Systemic Constellation principles to help you understand and resolve workplace conflicts more effectively.

Experience resolution from the inside out – Bring real interpersonal conflicts into the room, act them out, voice emotions, uncover patterns, and gain fresh perspectives. Step into the “system” together to discover what each party – and the whole – truly needs next.

In this live learning journey through perspective-taking, power and resolution, you’ll experience:

  • See it in action – A live demonstration of the Forum Theatre/Constellation method, where insight arises through embodied action
  • Explore conflict safely – Experience a powerful, structured process that balances emotional honesty with a supportive environment
  • Gain deeper perspectives – Encourage truth-telling, mutual understanding, and systemic insight
  • Discover more about yourself – Uncover surprising truths about your own approach to conflict and how to better support others through theirs

If you want to improve how you handle tough conversations, build resilient working relationships, and reduce friction in your team, this workshop will provide fresh, practical skills to try immediately!

Invite a friend or colleague to join you at this workshop and discover for themselves the benefits of pursuing a Master’s degree and embracing lifelong learning!
