Interested in being a leader who can position your value, connect your career moves into a compelling narrative, and communicate impact with credibility? That’s exactly what attendees of our 12 March career workshop with Andrew Jones experienced.
Designed for professionals, the session encouraged participants to reflect on their career journeys and identify practical strategies to better navigate themselves for future opportunities. They were also taught how to develop a compelling 90-second career story suitable for promotion, transition or sponsorship conversations.
In order to stress test their stories, participants were instructed to interact with each other in order to practice the skills learnt while also receiving immediate feedback. This lent an additional interactive element to the session that the attendees found extremely beneficial.
