Alliance Manchester Business School (AMBS) has achieved five further years of re-accreditation from EQUIS – the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) Quality Improvement System. EQUIS is an international system of quality assessment, improvement and accreditation of business schools.
The re-accreditation cements AMBS’ position as one of a small number of business schools globally that enjoys triple accreditation status, which also includes AMBA and AACSB.
Head of School, Professor Ken McPhail commented on the news: “Receiving re-accreditation is a testament to the excellent research, teaching and learning that we provide for our students. Underpinning this is our continued commitment to social responsibility, undertaken by colleagues at AMBS.
“EQUIS re-accreditation is a substantial process that reviews our work across our programmes, student progression and our research and development. This includes our executive education offering and renowned MBA programmes as a multi-dimensional business school.”
More information about EQUIS can be found on a dedicated page on their website.
