On 25th June 2020, the University of Manchester Alumni Association of Malaysia (UMAAM) hosted a one-hour live webinar session featuring Dr. Seetha Nesaratnam, a passionate and consummate trainer for Dale Carnegie & Associate, Inc. (USA), with a keen ability to motivate and inspire individuals in identifying and expanding their potential.
Dr. Seetha Nesaratnam conducted an insightful discussion on the topic of ‘Embrace New Normal: Raise Your Game’, analysing different methods for gathering and analysing data in a group environment, in order to better identify processes to solve challenging problems, apply decision making techniques in teams, and describing techniques for gaining input. Many expressed their enjoyment at having attended the online webinar.
